Word of the day #30: sardonic

sar·don·ic /sɑrˈdɒnɪk/
–adjective characterized by bitter or scornful derision; mocking; cynical; sneering: a sardonic grin.

This was used twice on CMT tonight. I love it!

Brilliant! I'm thinking of using just that word today only because I've been wracking what's left of my mind trying to find the "perfect" word for something and I found it here! Thanks!
