I got the minutes back from my boss. She has reviewed them and added her suggestions. (We typically go back and forth a few times before they are finalized.) She said that they look really good but I have a tendency to leave the verbs out of my sentences. Instead of saying "Discussion occured on xxx topic" it should say "There was ample discussion on xxx topic" or something like that. Good to know. She had great things to say about the rest of the minutes though. She's quite impressed. :D
